It all started from here. From a great passion. The wine with its magic that is renewed each year; the love of humble people who love the earth and confide their secrets trust and hope to it. The tradition of grape harvesting, lived under the gaze of a grandparent who during my childhood made ​​me love the countryside with its beauty and its whims, he involved me in the sacrifice of planting and the joy of reaping. Emotions and perfumes. Perfumes often alternated with flavors and spices that described memories and cultures of the various journeys.  Smiles and realities that remain in the heart.  All this  gave birth to the desire to acquire the recipe and production of  Yppocras, born a few years ago as a result of a wise and inventive curiosity for wine, spices, history and good things.  And yes, history. Because if it has been defined  "timeless taste" there must be a reason.  It has been known since the Middle Ages, when more simply it referred to the warm spiced wine  offered to horsemen to warm up after long and arduous journeys on horseback. Or offered by noble families to their guests during banquets and weddings.

For me, today, all this is passion.

for the small talk after dinner... when a glass of Yppocras cannot leave you indifferent and therefore, that atmosphere that is suddenly crated makes its way into the talk and chatter that draws together and makes you feel good.
